Delivery & lead times

In stock items are packed immediately after receipt of your payment. We will take the necessary steps to ship and fully-insure your item(s) and organize a door-to-door delivery with a courier service.

If items are not in stock the lead times are mentioned on the product page on our site. But as a rule of thumb lead times for hand knotted items can vary between 16-24 weeks and 10-16 weeks for handloomed items.

We will provide tracking information to follow the shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and indicative. Larger and more complex designs can take a bit longer to produce.

Customs & duties

International shipments are subject to customs and duties and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note these costs will not be refunded in case of a return of an item.
