Refund Policy

If for some reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased from us you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Our returns policy is 18 days upon receipt of the item and provided that the item is returned in a perfect and mint condition.

To return an item please notify us as quickly as possible on our general email address info@ashtaricarpets.com

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and good packing. If goods are returned in used, dirty or damaged state no refund can be issued.

Please always insure the shipment fully for the entire 100% of the value on the invoice.

On request, we can also organize our shipping agent to pick-up the item from your address and inform u prior about the current shipping charges and insurance.

• Customs and duties for international orders
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ashtaricarpets.com.

If u like to exchange with another item of our collection, we can arrange a voucher to use as a discount code at the checkout process. If the rug is cheaper we will refund u the excess on your account.

Refunds (if applicable)

If goods are returned in used, dirty or damaged state no refund can be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of out shipment (to your address) will be deducted from your refund.
• Once the item is returned and inspected it typically takes 3-6 business days to process the refund and show in your account.

Damages / faulty items / defective items / lost in transit

Any claims for faulty/damaged/defective items/lost in transit must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We always insure our shipments. Whenever an item is lost we will start up the claim process and reorder the rug for u if it is available. This should be considered force majeure and we refer to our terms of service.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by email (info@ashtaricarpets.com) within 14 days after receipt containing detailed pictures of the problem/fault or damages ! Only when we receive clear pictures we can evaluate the condition and start up the refund procedure. 

Wrong Address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed items

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer

As stated before u will need to contact us by email before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
